PHOTOGRAPHS...
This photograph was taken
approximately one week after the incident. The location is Kelly Point
Park in north Portland. The family was holding a memorial for Cassie at
the Park, near the location where she had been left.
The photograph shows Michael Brown, Cassie's father. Her father was
telling Cassie how much he loved her, how he missed her and how proud of
her he was as a father. Cassie's Aunt, Susan Tennant took this
photograph of Cassie's father as he was speaking to Cassie. Her father
felt that Cassie was present while he was speaking to her.
When the photograph was developed, there was bright light present in
front of Cassie's father. He feels that this is Cassie and the
photograph has a very special meaning for her father, her family and all
those that love Cassie.
